About St. Michael’s Walsh School
Located in Walsh, our school has been a proud part of the community since 1961. Our first building had just two classrooms and an office. In 1971, we expanded to include four more classrooms, a library, a staffroom, and a gymnasium. We celebrated our 50th anniversary on November 12, 2011, marking half a century of educational excellence.
Our Parish Church, part of the Erie Tri-County Parishes, is conveniently located right beside the school, fostering a strong connection between our school and parish community. St. Michael’s serves students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8, with French instruction offered from Grade 4 to 8.
We proudly identify as the St. Michael’s Warriors, with our school colors being red, black, and white. Our school is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where every student can thrive. We focus on fostering a love of learning, personal growth, and strong community connections. Welcome to the Warriors family!
